Founded by Lizzie Pawsey, an accredited professional coach, consultant and facilitator, The Light Room Consultancy offers a range of services to create positive change and deliver tangible benefits to both individuals and organisations.

  

The Light Room Consultancy's philosophy was borne out of Lizzie's own business experience and strong belief that everyone has enormous amounts of untapped potential. Lizzie's approach is grounded in the commercial world, having previously worked in a number of senior leadership positions.
